By using this website or booking services from RV Interior Care, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide mobile interior cleaning for RVs, homes, tiny homes, rentals, and commercial/jobsite facilities across the Northwest Texas area. Service scope and pricing are confirmed at a free, in-person walk-through before work begins. Any online estimate or pricing calculator result is a rough estimate only and is subject to verification by a staff member.
Bookings, payment terms, cancellations, trip fees, and our satisfaction guarantee are governed by our Policies & Procedures, which form part of these Terms. Please review them. In short: 24-hour cancellation notice is requested (a $50 fee applies inside that window), and consumer services are paid in full before service while commercial accounts are invoiced Net-15.
Certain items are outside our scope (e.g., RV awnings, slide mechanicals, generators, and waste tanks; and for commercial work, hazardous/biohazard/trauma cleanup, debris hauling, above-ground window work, and skilled-trade repairs). See Policies & Procedures for the full list.
If you're not satisfied, notify us within 18 hours and we will re-service the area in question once before any refund is reviewed. Any visible pre-existing damage noticed during service will be documented and reported. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are fully insured and bonded.
This site and its content are provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Links to third-party tools (scheduling, payments, forms) are governed by those providers' terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Hardeman County, Texas.
