Every job starts with a free, in-person walk-through quote — no obligation. We confirm scope and pricing with you before any work begins. RV cleaning is priced per linear foot; residential by square footage; commercial and jobsite work by custom written proposal.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window are subject to a $50 fee to cover the reserved crew time.
We serve Quanah, Vernon, Childress, Chillicothe, Crowell, Hardeman County and the surrounding Northwest Texas area — up to 60 miles from Quanah (79252). A $30 trip fee may apply where applicable; multi-unit jobsites farther out are handled by arrangement.
Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, let us know within 18 hours and we'll return for one complimentary re-service of the area in question before any refund is reviewed.
We enter by your key, a code, or a lockbox you provide. We never retrieve keys from third parties. You are always in control of access to your space.
RV: we do not service awnings, slide mechanical components, generators, or black, grey & sewage tanks.
Commercial / Jobsite: we do not provide hazardous, biohazard or trauma-scene cleanup, major construction debris hauling, high-rise or above-ground-level window work, or repairs and skilled-trade work.
RV Interior Care, LLC carries General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage and is bonded for your protection. Certificates of Insurance, vendor packets, and background/drug-screening verification are available for commercial clients. NAICS: 561720, 561790, 561210.
